I hold an M.S. in Music Therapy from the University of Kansas, and a B.F.A in Viola Performance from Pomona College. I have been teaching music in various capacities since 1982, and have been adjunct faculty at Northwest. since 1984.
I taught the St. Gregory's Band from 2001 through 2005, and have taught Technology here since 2004 (yes, there was an overlap year there).
I have no formal Technology credentials -- but I can claim these things: I first learned to use a word processor in 1979 (it was the size of a loveseat), and we purchased our first computer (a Commodore) in 1982. I have loved computers and technology in general since that time, and I've fielded enough "help" call from friends and family that I could probably take out a phone listing for tech support, except that I never put anyone on hold!
My husband and I have three sons--two in college, and one in high school. My passions include geocaching, photography, fiddling, and scrapbooking.
